Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! To protect our scheduling and ensure all guests have a chance to book their preferred times, we enforce the following policies for all party bookings: Cancellations: If you need to cancel your party entirely, $100 of your total payment is strictly non-refundable. Rescheduling: If you need to change your party to a later date, you may do so for a $25 rescheduling fee. This fee helps cover the cost of the reserved time slot, which cannot easily be filled by another party on short notice. All rescheduling requests are subject to date and time availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.
